Vision for the New Season

More than 530 exhibitors from 23 countries and regions, including group pavilions from the Chinese mainland, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Singapore and Taiwan, have joined this year¡¦s fair. The array of choice of eyewear and other optical products at the fair promises to be better than ever before.

Themed Zones
In keeping with the spirit of this exciting and ever-evolving industry, we have added a bright new element this year: Brand Name Gallery. Some of the world¡¦s finest optical brands are housed in this stylish section, which is also the venue for fashion parades of Gallery products.

Returning in 2009 is the section that helps retailers boost profits through effective presentation. Shop design and layout as well as contemporary styles in shelving, showcases, lighting and other fittings are covered in the Retail & Shop Design, Equipment and Technology Section. The smooth running of optical businesses is made easier through the services and products on offer.

Industry Insights
The Hong Kong Optometric Conference and the Asia-Pacific Optometric Congress, to be held on 5 November, is also a big draw for the fair, and brings together experts from around the world to present the latest research on Asia optometry.
